I. ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
Applicable policy
Applies 01 exchange/01 order
Full-priced products can be exchanged for other full-priced products in stock on the website with equal or greater value (customers pay the difference if greater)
Discounted products can be exchanged for color/size or according to the regulations of each program (if any)
Conditions for product exchange
Eligible time to exchange products within 10 days from the date you receive the product
The product must still have the original stamp, label and has not been washed or used.

Exchange products
Step 1: Call the hotline 098.419.6426, or talk to the customer service staff on the Facebook Fanpage, provide the order code and product code to be exchanged
Step 2: Send the goods to the address of STORE MODE Warehouse, No. 16/25 Vo Van Dung - Hoang Cau - Hanoi.
Step 3: STORECAKE contacts to confirm the new product to be exchanged:
Note:
For exchange orders in 6 inner-city districts of Hanoi (Cau Giay, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Thanh Xuan), STORE MODE supports delivery of exchange orders to the order address and receives the product that the Customer needs to exchange
For orders not located in the above address, Customers please send the goods to Kho Online according to the instructions
Time to receive goods: Morning 08:30-12:00, Afternoon 13:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday.

II. ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Applicable policy
STORE MODE accepts returned products in case of manufacturer's defect
Cases of manufacturer's defect include: color fading, material defect, seam defect, design defect... not according to product description and standards.
Refund defective products via bank account.
STORE MODE offers 100% free return shipping.
From the time you submit the exchange request form and from the time STORE MODE receives the returned product (for orders outside the 6 inner city districts), STORE MODE will process the exchange order within a maximum of 10 days.

Product return conditions
The eligible time to exchange the product is within 15 days from the date you receive the product
The product must still have the original stamp, label and has not been used.
Return the product
Step 1: Call the hotline 0988.888.888, or talk to the customer service staff on the Facebook Fanpage, send the order code and error status
Step 2: Take a photo of the error and send it to the customer service staff or send it to email cskh.storecake@gmail.com with the order information to be returned

III. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY PURCHASED AT STORE
Return scope
All stores in the STORE MODE system nationwide

Return conditions
Within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Applies to full-priced products and discounted products, and can only be exchanged once.
Full-priced products can be exchanged for other full-priced products and must not be lower than the value of the purchased product.
Discounted/promotional products can only be exchanged for other colors or sizes on the same code under the condition that the store still has the product.
The policy only applies when the product still has the purchase invoice, intact labels, tags attached to the product and the product is not dirty or damaged by factors outside the store after purchasing the product.

Note:
In case of purchasing a promotion but still being able to exchange according to the program regulations, the exchanged product will also receive the same promotion as the original purchased product if it is within the program period. If you exchange after the program period has expired, the price difference between the two products will be calculated at the original price.
In case of exchanging a product purchased at full price the day before and discounted the next day, the policy will be applied as for exchanging a product at full price.
Please check the product and invoice before leaving and refer to the product preservation instructions before use.
